The following document describes the return and refund policies and procedures that will be applied to any and all customers purchasing music through grooveshark.com.

The underlying power of grooveshark.com is rooted in the fact that our users serve as our content distribution system, allowing us to provide an unparalleled level of agility in adding content and to lower costs. One interesting characteristic of this system is that Bob Dylan is not always Bob Dylan. Grooveshark.com relies on user’s song data to identify a particular song. Despite our advanced social correction system, in a small number of cases there may still be a few mislabeled songs.

It is your responsibility as a user to take advantage of our full length streaming feature, and listen to the track you wish to purchase before you purchase it to ensure that it is what you want. We are under no obligation to issue a return or refund for any song that is incorrectly labeled or identified once it has successfully been downloaded. While we are under no legal binding to refund or replace your purchase, if you feel the song was mislabeled beyond your ability to detect this through our streaming feature contact downloadsupport@grooveshark.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Should a song become corrupted during the download process and become unplayable or damaged once fully downloaded, please contact downloadsupport@grooveshark.com. Should our support person determine that the corruption was caused by our software you will be given either a valid copy of the song sent electronically to you, or the ability to redownload the track in question at no additional cost to you.

While our support personnel may deem it appropriate to issue download credits or transfer a working copy of a song to you, under no circumstances will your credit card or other means of purchasing grooveshark credit(s) be refunded in any way.
