Refund Policy

At any time, you may elect to become a “VIP” member of Grooveshark, by subscribing to Grooveshark VIP and paying the associated subscription fee. Grooveshark VIP members have access to more areas, functions and types of Services than basic members. For more information on VIP accounts, visit http://vip.grooveshark.com.

We strive to work together with our customers in order to resolve any technical issues you may experience. However, Escape Media Group, Inc. does not offer refunds on software purchases which may include, but are not limited to, Grooveshark “VIP” Memberships and Grooveshark Mobile.

Grooveshark VIP subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except in our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any Grooveshark membership at any time or for any reason. If, for some reason, your account is suspended or deleted, you will be provided notification but you will lose and forfeit the remaining time on your subscription. You may choose to opt for an annual, automatically-renewing subscription. Each year, on your subscription anniversary date, you will be charged the prevailing rate for an additional one-year subscription renewal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have signed up for an automatically-renewing subscription, you will have the ability to cancel any future renewals. As with basic, non-premium, and all other types of Grooveshark memberships, you are required to select a password and username. It is your sole and absolute responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your username and password, and understand that Escape Media Group, Inc. holds no responsibility for any damage or incidence relating to the mistreatment or misuse of your account.

Please note: Payments for premium subscriptions are processed by third party service provider(s). In addition to these Terms of Service, subscription transactions may be subject to such service provider’s terms & conditions and privacy policy.
